Email Integration automatically sends an email notification when a user receives a new voice mail message. The email can optionally include the voice mail message as a wav file attachment. To hear the message, just double-click the wav attachment to have the message play.

Email Integration does not provide synchronization - the email account and the voice mailbox operate independently. Deleting the voice mail message does not automatically delete the email and visa-versa. For example, if you inadvertently delete a voice mail message in your mailbox, you can still check the attachment in your email.

• SMTP Delivery
  UX IntraMail Email Integration uses the common, industry-standard SMTP technology to deliver email messages.
• SMS Messaging Compatibility
  If the person receiving the email has a mobile telephone service that offers SMS messaging, they can optionally have the text portion of the email notification delivered right to their cell phone.
• POP3 Login
  UX IntraMail is also compatible with email providers that require POP3 Login.
