Viewing the Call History
The NEC
UX-Softphone maintains a Call Log, which provides a historical trace
of the user call activity. Each inbound and outbound call generates a record in
the call log. This information can be used to retrieve details about specific calls
and perform functions such as re-dialing a previous call or playing back a
recorded telephone conversation.
The
following image shows an example of the Call Log window.

To access the Call Log:

the Windows option on the console main menu, select Call Log.
