Switching Login Modes

The Switch Login Mode function allows the user to switch the application from running in softphone mode to CTI mode or from CTI mode to softphone mode. In order for this function to be supported, the user must have provided the appropriate login information for each mode within the Configuration Wizard.

To activate Switch Login Mode:

• Use the mouse to select Switch Login Mode on the Function Toolbar.

• Press the assigned hotkey on the keyboard.
