| The UX PC Assistant provides management and operation of a desktop terminal from a PC with just a few clicks of a mouse - for easy speed dialing, call management, contact lookup, and seamless CRM integration. Designed to integrate with the UX 5000 Communication Server, the UX PC Assistant communicates with the UX5000 through your corporate data network. When calls ring the terminal, the PC Assistant displays caller information on the PC and allows users to easily perform GUI-based call handling features.

| The UX PC Assistant displays click-on, icon-based call processing buttons as shortcuts to common telephone operations. Basic user functions include: Answer, Hold, Dial, Transfer, Conference, Park, Page, Barge-in, Call Pickup more. Users also get quick access to more advanced features like Directory with Busy Lamp Indicator, Call Logging, Call Recording, and Screen Pops when used with Microsoft Outlook. |

| Users can minimize the UX PC Assistant while continuing to work on their PC, and it will pop to the foreground when they get a call. This allows users to see at a glance valuable information about current call activity. The user can quickly search the contacts and directory and view the status of the individual lines and extensions. |
